Our Story
Kinetix Intelligence was born out of a simple observation: amazing local businesses were losing out to competitors simply because they didn't have enough online reviews.

Jason Baird
Jason Baird is the founder of Kinetix Intelligence. Jason’s entrepreneurial drive started at a remarkably young age when he launched his very first home services marketing company. His natural talent for growth quickly caught the eye of corporate giants. At T-Mobile, he was immediately recognized by executive leadership and skyrocketed to become one of the top-performing salespeople in his district. From there, he rose through the ranks of the telecommunications landscape, driving results for powerhouse names like EchoStar, DISH Network, and Starlink. Despite his corporate success, Jason left it all behind to build Kinetix Intelligence. Guided by a genuine passion for the common man, Jason’s mission is to give local companies—those without massive corporate budgets—the elite tools, automation, and review-generation strategies they need to dominate their local markets.
Co-Founder
Rick Baird
Rick Baird (Jason's Father) helped shape Kinetix Intelligence from the very beginning. At the core of Rick’s professional DNA is a legacy of high-end manufacturing and rigorous engineering. As a master machinist and fabricator, Rick spent years operating deep within the weapons industry, handling heavy production and high-pressure military contracts inside secured ITAR facilities. During this time, he leaned heavily into numerical programming, logistics coordination, and advanced data flow management. He traded the physical floor for digital space, bringing that exact grit, UI design precision, learning architecture, and the absolute discipline of defense-level systems into the foundational infrastructure of Kinetix Intelligence to help businesses scale flawlessly.
