During account setup or when uploading contact information, clients are required to confirm that they have obtained appropriate consent.

Kinetix Intelligence does not independently verify how customer contact information was obtained and relies on the client's representations that such data was collected lawfully.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Kinetix Intelligence does not store full payment card information.

Mobile numbers provided through our platform are used only to send relevant communications such as review invitations or notifications.

We do not sell or share mobile opt-in data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Users can opt out by replying STOP to any SMS message.

Do Not Track Features

We currently do not respond to browser Do Not Track signals due to the lack of a standardized industry approach.
